Fragments

Fragments explores nostalgia, memory, and human presence within Southern urban and residential spaces. The series focuses on environments that are often overlooked, but still carry traces of everyday life and personal history. These spaces begin to feel like emotional portraits, shaped by people who move through them even when they are no longer visible.

Rooted in observation, Fragments reflects on the quiet beauty of ordinary Southern spaces and the ways communities leave parts of themselves behind in the landscape. The series invited viewers to slow down and consider the emotional weight that everyday environments can hold. moments and details that feel incomplete. By doing this, I want viewers to build their own narratives from the fragments they are given. As the project continues, I hope to further explore themes of nostalgia, disappearance, and the traces people leave behind in everyday spaces.
